About how to use the product
Method of use
– Even when working, it can be replaced at any time by other models of soldering iron heating core.
1. Align the heating core of the iron that needs to be replaced, and quickly replace the slot clamp of the iron frame.
2. After clamping, pull the handle out and replace the heating core.
3. Place the heating core required to be used on the soldering iron frame, and clamp the heating core into the handle with the handle.
4. There are 3 different types of holes for quick replacement of the soldering frame:(small head type/large head type/bent straight through type).
– According to the type of heating core required to place, directly into the push, Stabilize the heating core to the handle and then use it.
Nesting method
– First, use the pliers to clamp the opening of the sleeve head inward. Do not use too much force. It is better to use force to insert the sleeve
– If it can rotate after inserting, it is proved that it is too loose to use. After being put in, the metal of the tail of the sleeve head (locking port) is clamped with pliers to clamp the locking port at the tail is very thin and easy to clamp.
Note:if black smoke comes out after inserting the heating core, it is normal and does not hinder the use. (If you are concerned about improper use, you can consult customer service via email)
