Steps for usage
(1) Loosen the middle copper screw, adjust it to the required corner, and tighten the screw. Place it on the wooden board and hold the protrusion above the chamfering module, close to the wooden board, and keep your hands away from the cutter.
(2) After sticking tightly, bring the wooden board close to the cutter and cut the sharp end of the wooden board into a rough shape, and then walk it slowly by the side of the module.
Precaution
– It should be used on workbenches such as flip-chip electric milling.
– A trimming knife with a bearing on the top should be used.
– The height of the milling cutter must be adjusted before use. When the machine is not turned on, observe whether the milling cutter bearing and the fillet module are on the same plane to ensure that the milling cutter will not scratch the module, otherwise it may cause danger.
– The solid wood should be cut from left to right along the grain of the wood, not upside-grain milling.
