Replacement & Optimization
Step 1. Reset the newly installed battery
– Press the start button to turn on the power. On the Neato LCD screen, select the menu.
– Navigate to support and press the select button.
– Scroll down to the ‘New Battery’ prompt and press the select button.
– Thank you will appear on the LCD screen, press the back button twice to return to the main screen.
Step 2. Maintain the newly installed battery
– First time:Charge your Neato on the charging base for at least 3-5 hours.
– Second time:Charge the robot again, and then continue to run until the LCD screen displays ‘low battery’.
– Third time:Charge the robot again, and then run continuously until the LCD screen displays ‘low battery’.
Step 3. Your robot battery is now processed and optimized to achieve maximum runtime.
– You can now charge and run Neato normally.
