Installation
1.electrode holder connected to the output negative electrode holder connected to the positive output.
2.can be sharpened tungsten needles on the grinding machine, the use of point discharge principle.

How To Use
1.Turn on the power switch.
2. Adjust the power knob. The general adjustment scale ( according to diameter of the part ) is 1 to 1.5 , ( fine ) adjustment scale is 7-8 (Can be adjusted according to scale of work requirements)
3. Hold the parts with tweezers and focus the end of the part to the tungsten needle (optimal distance is 5mm) ,the whole part can not touch the tungsten needle.
4. Stamp the foot switch. (then stepping away immediately).Welding is completed.
Note
1.foot stepping on the foot switch is not a long time, step on right away, as long stepping switch, the machine is short-circuited, it will burn out the internal circuit
2.This machine is a precision please use care.
3.flash of eye injury, do protective measures to use.
4.foot switch is depressed, the hand Do not touch the metal parts of the tungsten needle and tweezers, otherwise there will be tingling.
