Features
STM32F103 single chip microcomputer is used as the main control chip of the welding station. Through AD sampling and PID calculation, PWM output can be controlled and constant temperature control of T12 heating core can be realized. It has the functions of fast heating, automatic constant temperature, temperature compensation and vibration induction. It supports a variety of standby, sleep mode, temperature calibration and head nozzle switch.
The welding station adopts ssd1306, driven OLED display screen, and through the screen real-time display of accurate soldering iron temperature, ambient temperature and power supply voltage. The welding station uses ec11 encoder as user input port, and mercury switch is used to detect the status of soldering iron handle. It can automatically sleep or not work for a long time, and can effectively improve the service life of welding nozzle through sleep and standby.
